What is hydraulic cylinder jack? 
A hydraulic cylinder jack is a device used to lift or apply force through the principle of hydraulics. It works based on Pascal's law, which states that pressure applied to a confined fluid is transmitted equally in all directions. The jack typically consists of a cylinder with a piston inside. When a force is applied to a small piston (input), it creates pressure in the hydraulic fluid. This pressure is then transmitted throughout the fluid, causing a larger piston (output) to move and exert a much greater force, enabling the lifting or pushing of heavy objects. The amount of force generated depends on the ratio of the areas of the two pistons.

5. Collar threads for easy fixturing.

6. RCH-120 cylinders include AR-630 coupler and has 1/4 NPTF port.
7. RCH-121 and RCH-1211 cylinders have FZ-1630 reducer and AR-630 coupler, all other models feature CR-400 coupler.

How to use it.
First, connect the joint of the manual pump to the jack; then, select the position and tighten the drain screw of the hydraulic pump to work.
 

Why must it be placed on a flat surface?
All cylinders must be placed on a flat and resistant ground. If they are placed on sandy ground or on loose surfaces, the cylinder will be damaged.
 

Is it safe to use this hydraulic jack?
This cylinder has a spring return structure. After lifting, it can be removed fastly, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the cylinder. Since the jack's lift stroke is short, please never exceed the rated stroke to avoid defective.
