What are Polyester Webbing Slings?

Polyester Webbing slings are made from high tenacity 100% polyester webbing with reinforced eye loops at both ends. They are designed to bear heavy loads and lift them safely. They are extremely tough, yet lightweight, and very versatile as they can be used for multiple applications in choker, vertical, or basket hitches.

Our lifting slings are designed to fulfill your lifting job without becoming damaged, its low elongation help to hold the load without the risk of shocking. It offers an alternative with minimal stretch and added strength for those specialty jobs and added convenience.

Webbing sling sellers must conduct safety tests and obtain relevant safety certificates to ensure the safe use of webbing sling. ASAKA webbing sling in terms of product quality, we will strictly check each product to ensure that it absolutely meets safety standards.

Specification:
RE-useable webbing slings manufactured in accordance with BS 3481 pt.2 1983F:S 7:1 (re-useable), DIN-EN 1492-1 and the essential requirements of the European Machinery Directive.

Color coded and stripped for WLL (working load limit) identification.
Manufactured from 100% high tenacity continuous filament polyester fiber.
All webbing slings are individually numbered and are fully traceable.
Every single webbing sling has labeled and certificated in accordance with the relevant standard together with information about safety use and maintenance.

A4: For example: when you have 1T webbing sling with SF 6:1, It means the webbing sling rated load capacity is 1T, but it can load maximum capacity 6T, for 7:1, can load maximum capacity 7T. for 8:1. can load maximum capacity 8T. different countries have different safety factor, normally, 8:1 for Australia. 6:1 for Asian. 7:1 for European countries.
