What is ratchet tie down?
Ratchet tie down are heavy duty straps that are very common and a recognised product for multiple usages. The strap uses a ratchet tensioner to tie down goods that are transported on flat bed trailers. This ratchet fastening device includes a handle ratchet with a J-shaped hook end joint.
The ratchet provides the maximum torque option when tensioning the belt. The fastening strap is made of industrial grade polyester webbing, which has maximum traction strength. The heavy-duty hook is made of heat-treated steel and coated with a vinyl coating to prevent surface scratches.
Advantages:
1. No tangled belts, no load bars to vibrate loose;
2. Self-storing belt maybe installed with one hand;
3. Automatic rewind feature holds loads securely;
4. Multi-directional application: side to side, around a loadto thesame wall; diagonal from a sde wall to the rear wall;

In order to make sure the load capability and stability of product, we will do tensile test for each order before shipping out. In addition, we will also check the packing material, dyeing, sewing etc. If you want to understand the process of inspection, we accept video call.
