RE-useable webbing slings manufactured in accordance with BS 3481 pt.2 1983F:S 7:1 (re-useable), DIN-EN 1492-1 and the essential requirements of the European Machinery Directive.

Color coded and stripped for WLL (working load limit) identification.
Manufactured from 100% high tenacity continuous filament polyester fiber.
All webbing slings are individually numbered and are fully traceable.
Every single webbing sling has labeled and certificated in accordance with the relevant standard together with information about safety use and maintenance.

Simplex, duplex& quadruplex ply standard slings, single and double endless slings, twin sling etc.
In standard and long length up to 300mm width.
With flat or becket (folded) eyes with or without reinforcement.

In order to make sure the load capability and stability of product, we will do tensile test for each order before shipping out. In addition, we will also check the packing material, dyeing, sewing etc. If you want to understand the process of inspection, we accept video call.

Q4: What is the difference between 6:1, 7:1 and 8:1(webbing sling)?

A4: For example: when you have 1T webbing sling with SF 6:1, It means the webbing sling rated load capacity is 1T, but it can load maximum capacity 6T, for 7:1, can load maximum capacity 7T. for 8:1. can load maximum capacity 8T. different countries have different safety factor, normally, 8:1 for Australia. 6:1 for Asian. 7:1 for European countries.

 

Q5: How do you ensure quality?

A5: We will do tensile test for each batch to ensure products can meet our requirement, this test is random test. We will send test video and test report.

 

Q6: Can you send free sample?

A6: There are many customers require free sample every day. If we free to everyone, we will loss, so sample need to be charged, when place big order, we will deduct the sample cost from new order.

A7: Yes, we accept OEM, can print your logo on product.
